About Tilly
Tilly is a marketing app for Shopify stores. It audits a store, works out who buys from it, and writes the store's email flows and campaigns, Meta and Google ads, SEO fixes and blog posts. The owner approves each piece before it goes anywhere. Tilly then puts it into the tools the store already uses, reads the results every morning, and writes the next round from what worked.

Who it is for
Shopify store owners who do their own marketing, or have a small team, and want the email, ads and SEO work done from what their customers actually say. The Growth plan covers up to 3 stores, and the Agency plan unlimited client workspaces.
The audit and the writing work on any store Tilly can read. Publishing is built for Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and Google Ads.
The rules Tilly works by
- Evidence over invention. Every persona carries the customer quotes it came from. Ads and emails use no invented numbers, reviews, prices or claims. A discount is only mentioned if the code exists in your store.
- Nothing publishes without your approval. Every email, ad and SEO fix waits for you, and publishing is a separate press after approving.
- Drafts, not sends. Emails go to Klaviyo as drafts. Ads go to Meta and Google Ads paused. You press send, and you switch ads on.
- Say what is not done. If a function needs a connection, or only goes part of the way, the page for it says so.
- Pay for what gets made. Credits are spent when an agent builds something. Looking is free, and credits never expire.
What Tilly does, and what you do
Tilly writes and plans the work. The last step, the one that reaches customers or spends money, stays with you and your own tools.
- Emails: Tilly writes them and puts them in Klaviyo as drafts. Klaviyo sends them when you press send there.
- Ads: Tilly writes them and creates them in Meta and Google Ads, switched off. No money is spent until you switch an ad on.
- Blog posts: Tilly writes them, with sources and links to your products. When you press Publish, an approved post goes into your Shopify blog as a hidden draft unless you choose live, and you make it live when you are ready. Posts have no cover picture yet: add one in Shopify if your blog shows them.
- Videos: Tilly writes the script and the shot list. A person films it.
- Store pages: Tilly finds what to fix and writes the fix. Search titles, descriptions and image alt text it can apply to Shopify for you; changes to your theme you make yourself.

Yes. Tilly has a Shopify app, and stores that install it are billed through Shopify. Stores that sign up on www.tillybrand.com are billed through Stripe.
