Terms of Service

Tilly reads your Shopify store and the marketing tools you connect to it, drafts emails, blog posts, ads, page fixes and tests from what it finds, and — only once you approve — publishes them through your own Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta or Google account.

Tilly never has standing permission to publish anything on its own. Every action that reaches a customer or the public requires an approval you gave for that specific draft.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and have the authority to connect the store and accounts you connect.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything a teammate you invite does with the access you gave them.

Keep your sign-in email address current; that is how we reach you, including for anything requiring your approval.

Tilly runs on credits: some actions are free (the audit's first run, previews, results, suggestions and your monthly email calendar plan), and some spend credits, at the rates shown on the pricing page at the time you take the action.

Credits are held when a build starts and only actually spent when it finishes; if a build fails, the credits are returned. A draft an agent makes on its own is charged only once you approve it.

Paid plans bill on a recurring schedule at the price shown at signup. Unused credits roll over rather than expiring at the end of the billing period, for as long as your subscription remains active.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the plan and any credit top-ups you buy. [Refund policy to be set before launch.]

You will not use Tilly to:

• Publish anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with the approval step that this product is built around.
• Access another store's data without that store's authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR or any applicable anti-spam law — this responsibility for what your account sends stays with you as the store owner, even though Tilly drafts it.

You own what Tilly drafts for your store once you approve it — the emails, posts, ads and page copy are yours to use as you see fit.

You own your store's data. We process it to run the service, under the Privacy Policy, and do not claim ownership of it.

We own Tilly itself: the product, the agents, the models' outputs as a system, and our own brand.

Tilly connects to Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Shopify Email, Meta and Google through the access you grant. Each of those platforms has its own terms, and your relationship with them is separate from your relationship with us — we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policies.

If one of those platforms changes its API or policies in a way that affects what Tilly can do, we will tell you what changed and what it means for your account.

Tilly is provided "as is". We work to make what it drafts accurate and useful, but you are responsible for reviewing every draft — that is what the approval step is for — before it reaches a customer.

We do not guarantee any particular result, revenue increase or ranking from using Tilly.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused credits already on your account remain usable until then.

We may suspend or close an account that violates the acceptable-use section above, after giving notice where the violation is not urgent.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or by a notice in the product before the change takes effect.
