An email agent that builds and publishes your flows
Most Shopify stores know they should have more flows live. What stops them is the work: planning the timing, writing every email, designing it, building it in Klaviyo and checking it works. The email agent does all of it and waits for your approval.
The flows it builds
It also writes one-off campaigns, usually from a slot in your email calendar.

How it builds a flow
1. Reads your brand profile. Voice, look, offers, rules and personas. 2. Chooses who the flow is for. A welcome flow for a cautious first-timer answers different worries than one for a gift buyer. 3. Plans the flow. Number of emails, timing, and conditions like "skip if they already ordered". 4. Writes every email. Subject line, preview text and body, each email answering one objection. 5. Checks claims. Against your category's rules and your own brand rules. 6. Renders it. You see the real email on desktop and mobile, with your logo, colours and products. 7. Publishes on approval. The flow is created in Klaviyo in draft, then switched on when you approve.
Every email knows who it is for
Each email card tells you the persona and the question it answers: "For the cautious first-timer. Answers: will this irritate my skin?" When results come in, they are tracked the same way, so you learn which worry, answered which way, earns the most.
What you see after it goes live
Revenue, orders, clicks and unsubscribes for each email, attached to the email itself. When one email carries the flow, Tilly drafts a variant of the weakest one and suggests a test.
Where it fits
The email agent writes. The email calendar decides when campaigns go out. The experiments agent tests subject lines, content and timing. All three read the same brand profile.
Questions people ask
Which email platforms does it publish to?
Klaviyo today. Omnisend and Shopify Email are next.
Will it overwrite my existing flows?
No. New flows are created in draft in Klaviyo, and only go live when you approve them. Existing flows are left alone. Tilly will point out gaps and overlaps.
How much does a flow cost?
A full flow costs 30 credits and a single campaign costs 10. Previews, edits and results are free.
Can I edit the emails?
Yes. Edit any line in place before you approve. Your edits also teach the brand profile about your voice.

Paste your store URL. The audit takes about a minute, costs nothing, and ends with a welcome flow you can read before anything is sent.
