The old Shopify Email address on the App Store now opens the Shopify Messaging listing, so if you are looking for the shopify email app, that is the one. It is the email Shopify app made by Shopify itself, which means no extra account and no data to connect: your customers, products and brand colours are already there.

How do I sign up for Shopify Email?
There is no separate shopify email sign up. Install Shopify Messaging from the Shopify App Store, open it from your admin, and pick a template. Your customer list and store branding are already there.
