Watch out for: No social media posts, no TikTok or Google ad publishing, and no Built for Shopify badge to point to. It also needs Klaviyo as the email sender.

Best for: a store whose marketing is mostly messages to existing customers: Yozo builds campaigns and flows across email, SMS and WhatsApp from a chat, and adds a support chat agent and review collection.
Watch out for: No SEO or ads. It covers a different half of marketing from Enrich Labs, so it replaces it only if content and ads were never the point.

Klaviyo
Best for: a store that realises the flows are what earn and wants the sender itself, with its guided setup for a sign-up form, welcome email and abandoned-checkout flow, and Composer for campaigns.
Watch out for: It sends and automates email and SMS; it does not write blog posts or run ads. Enrich Labs already builds flows inside Klaviyo, so for many stores this is a question of doing that part yourself.

How to choose
Name the job you hired Enrich Labs for. If it was traffic, meaning SEO posts and ads, compare it with Tilly on how posts get published and with Ryze on how ads get run. If it was flows, compare it with doing them in Klaviyo yourself or with Tilly's email agent.
Decide how much you want the tool to act. Ryze changes live ad accounts; Tilly publishes everything as drafts or paused; Enrich Labs guides and builds starter flows. The right amount of automation is the amount you will actually let run.
Price a real month. All of these charge differently, by credits, channels or emails. Write down what you expect to produce in a month and cost it on each, including the sender you will need anyway.
Keep the flows that work. Anything Enrich Labs built in your Klaviyo account stays there after you cancel, so there is no rush to rebuild what is already earning. Check the numbers on each before replacing it.
