The short answer
These two are closer than most comparisons on this site. Both are AI marketing agents for Shopify that write SEO content, work with Klaviyo and help with Meta ads. The differences are in approach. Enrich Labs is an assistant you ask questions of, which guides you through launching ads and builds starter email flows, with a Built for Shopify badge on its listing. Tilly starts with an audit of your store and customers and runs eight agents that publish, on your approval, into Klaviyo, your Shopify blog and Meta.
Pick Enrich Labs if you want a conversational assistant and guidance while you learn, at a low entry price. Pick Tilly if you want the work planned from your own customers and published into the tools you use, with every piece waiting for your approval.
Side by side
Enrich Labs publishes different prices on its own site and on its Shopify listing; both are shown with their sources. The Built for Shopify row reflects the badge on its listing when we checked.

What each costs
On its own site, Enrich Labs lists Starter at $39 a month for 200 credits, Pro at $99 for 700 and Pro Plus at $199 for 2,000, with a 3-day free trial and 25% off for annual billing. Through the Shopify App Store the same plan names are $39, $79 and $179 a month, and there is a free plan with 3 AI chat questions and 3 SEO blog articles a month.
Tilly starts with 100 free credits and no card, then $49 a month for 500 credits on the Store plan, $149 for 2,000 on Growth and $399 for 6,000 pooled credits on Agency. A blog post with its cover is 15 credits, an email flow 30 and a set of ads 25. Unused credits roll over, and audits, previews and reports are free.
Both are credit-based, so the fair comparison is what a credit buys. Price the month you actually expect, say four posts, one flow and a set of ads, on each.

Where Enrich Labs is better
Tilly wrote this, and Enrich Labs does some things we do not. Here they are first. source, checked 25 September 2026
- Its Shopify listing carries the Built for Shopify badge, Shopify's own mark for performance, design and integration.
- It writes social content alongside SEO posts; Tilly does not write social posts.
- It works with TikTok for Business and Google Ads as well as Meta Ads, where Tilly publishes ads to Meta only.
- The entry price is lower, $39 a month, and there is a free plan on Shopify that includes blog articles every month rather than a one-off allowance.
Where Tilly is better
Tilly begins with your customers. The free audit reads your storefront, products, reviews and existing marketing, scores the store, and builds personas with their pain points, which you confirm. Every email, post and ad after that is written for one of those people.
It publishes rather than guides. Emails go into Klaviyo as draft flows, posts to your Shopify blog with the cover, schema and internal links in place, ads to Meta paused, and product-page fixes to a preview copy of your theme. Enrich Labs' listing describes helping you launch ads step by step; Tilly's ads arrive ready and paused.
It goes deeper on email. Beyond welcome and abandoned cart, Tilly's email agent writes post-purchase, browse, review, replenishment and winback flows, and the email calendar plans each month's campaigns around your markets' holidays and your own launches.
It tests and measures. The experiments agent runs A/B tests on emails, ads and pages and calls a winner only with enough data, and reports tie revenue back to the persona and angle behind each piece.
Switching
Both write into Klaviyo, so your sender and list stay put either way. Before switching, note which flows Enrich Labs built in your Klaviyo account so you can decide whether to keep them or replace them with Tilly's drafts, rather than running two welcome flows.
Blog posts already published on your Shopify blog stay where they are. Tilly's SEO agent will see them when it audits the site and links new posts to them where it helps.
Run Tilly's free audit first and read the personas it proposes. If they match how you think about your customers, the rest of the switch is connecting Klaviyo and approving the first flow.
Give the new setup a month with one change at a time, first email, then the blog, then ads, so you can see which part moved your numbers.
